MEMORANDUM

This memo serves as formal notice that you are hereby invited to dinner at Josef, Zürich — widely regarded as the best restaurant in the world by a sample size of one (me), with a margin of error of zero.

Josef sits at the edge of Langstrasse, which means dinner has the option of becoming an evening, which has the option of becoming a problem, in the best possible sense.

I have eaten there more times than I can count.

I have never particularly wanted to share it with anyone.

I want to share it with you.
